1. At this place you will see long queue of people waiting outside during weekends and late hours i.e. after 9.00 pm. So please visit this place during weekends and before the timings mentioned above to avoid standing in a long queue.
2. Please do not try Jain Pav Bhaji here and get disappointed.
3. When you get the table the waiters will keep mineral water bottle, papad on your table. Just keep a note that both are charged so if you are not willing to have it you can say a no without hesitation.
We went to this place with our friends who wanted to try the legendary Sardar Pav Bhaji on a weekday. As you wait you can see a person making pav bhaji and the pav is pan fried in a pool of butter which is very tempting. The ambience is not that happening. After we managed to get a table we ordered Amul Pav Bhaji, Cheese pav bhaji and jain pav bhaji.
The normal Amul pav bhaji was nice and a heavenly experience for a person who likes butter. This bhaji is blended well with spices and contains ALOT of butter, almost dripping from the plate. Cheese pav bhaji was good but the combination of cheese and butter overpowered the original taste of spices, so you should order this only if you love cheese and are hungry enough to complete it. Jain pav bhaji was not at all a good experience. The pav is literally dipped in butter and served. I will end by saying that the wait is worthwhile. One should definitely try this pav bhaji loaded with Amul Butter.
